In this course, students will be able to:
Ayurveda promotes health and well-being through a deeply personalized approach. This course will introduce the foundational principles of Ayurveda, including doshas (Vata, Pitta, Kapha) and Agni- Ama, and explain how these concepts apply to the unique physical, emotional, and hormonal transitions that women experience in different phases of their life.

2 Dinacharya – Daily Routine
3 Ritucharya – Seasonal Living
4 Ahara – Ayurvedic Food Wisdom
5 Nidra – Sleep & Rest
6 Vyayama – Exercise for Balance
7 Mental Hygiene & Sadvritta
8 Ayurvedic Detox & Cleansing
9 Gut Health in Ayurveda
10 Building Ojas – Vitality & Immunity
11 Integration & Wellness Planning
There will be a minimum of 1.5 contact hours with one or more faculty every week for 11 weeks.
The class is structured in a way that promotes interactive teaching, reference readings, discussion and debate. Interesting practical assignments to give hands on experience of Ayurveda . Each class will be comprised of 1 hour teaching and 30minutes for interaction on the topic. During the course, students will complete time to time assignments.
