Maria Kristic lives in upstate New York and is a financial analyst for one of the state’s public authorities. She holds JD and MBA degrees in Finance Transactions and Finance, respectively. Finding that many tenets of the Catholic faith into which she was born did not resonate, she began her spiritual search while at university and found the answers she was seeking in Sanatana Dharma, beginning when she read the Bhagavad Gita in 2011. Since then, she has been cultivating her sadhana, rooted in Advaita Vedanta, and immersing herself in learning about the culture and history of Bharat and the Hindu civilization. Maria loves dogs and is mom to a Labrador retriever.
