SALFORD ORIGINAL SPICED RUM (40% abv) - 70cl - £42
The original Salford Spiced Rum was created as a tribute to the dock workers who were the beating heart of the city’s great dock during the 1800s and 1900s. This golden spiced rum is produced in small batches, column distilled in the shadows of old Salford Docks, and infused with vanilla, nutmeg, cinnamon, ginger and dried Caribbean fruits. It lends itself to loads of amazing cocktails, including the Salford Dirty Old Fashioned and the uber-cool Lads Club Soda.
SALFORD RUM DARK SPICE (40% abv) – 70cl - £33
The award-winning Dark Spice was the second addition to the Salford Rum range and has developed a real cult following both regionally and nationally. Just like the rums unloaded into Salford Docks during its heyday, Dark Spice blends specially selected rums from Barbados, matured for up to eight years in ex-Bourbon, American white oak casks.
The Salford Rum Company’s distillers have combined these pot and column distilled rums with a distinct spice blend to deliver an a Dark Spice rum with flavours of vanilla, coconut, burnt caramel and cloves; it’s the perfect pairing to ginger beer and makes a fabulous Cuba Libre.
SALFORD HONEY RUM (37.5% abv) 50cl - £33
Salford Honey Rum was the third addition to the Salford Rum range, made with a single origin pot and column distilled rum that is blended and bottled under two miles from the famous docks using real Salford local honey. The result is a smooth honey rum with natural sweet and floral notes, which when coupled with the deep intensity of the rum creates a well-balanced flavour with notes of honeycomb, caramel and butterscotch. Salford Honey Rum is perfect served over ice on its own, or as a new twist on classic rum cocktails.
SALFORD WHITE RUM (37.5% abv) 70cl - £33
Salford’s White Rum is distilled with the zesty essence of orange, Sicilian lemon, and lime peels. Crafted with care in small batches and using the finest ingredients. Each sip is infused with the bright and tangy flavours of freshly grated citrus peels, balanced perfectly by the rich and complex notes of high-quality rum.
The White Rum is packaged in a stunning frosted bottle with Salford Rum’s signature docks map print design by Dave Draws. The ship canal areas of the design are clear allowing you to see the liquid. Each bottle includes and an LED light-up feature so you can display the bottle in its full glory.
