Course Content

Modern life’s demands create stress on personal and family relationships. Time-crunched parents often feel overwhelmed balancing work and child-nurturing. Can Hindu dharmic
parenting offer solutions for family well-being in this challenging environment? While not starting from zero, we can make our parenting more effective and impactful.
Hindu parenting principles may provide insights into the following:
1. Navigate modern challenges.
2. Enhance overall family well-being.
3. Preserve and transmit traditional wisdom.
By exploring these concepts, we can potentially bridge ancient teachings with contemporary needs, empowering parents to nourish all-rounded children while maintaining cultural continuity.

This course inspires parents to uphold their divinity and conduct themselves with equanimity. These qualities are then to be transferred to future generations. The course on Dharmic parenting provides a roadmap to achieve this goal. The name also resonates with the essence of Sanatan Dharma and Hinduism. It marks the beginning of a conscious parenting journey, to be further developed and enhanced through advanced studies and self-growth.

Key features –

  • Emphasis on nurturing the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects of a child.
  • Encouraging children to discover their true nature (atman) and potential by fostering self-awareness and introspection from an early age.

  • Introducing children to ancient scriptures and helping them to find role models and examples of different yogis and Rajarshis.
  • Help to find a bridge between ancient wisdom and contemporary lifestyle and develop a well-balanced life.
