The sale includes a stone farmhouse, a cottage, and a barn conversion. The spacious farmhouse has five bedrooms while the cottage has four and the barn has two self-contained units.

The complex is billed as having "fantastic potential for redevelopment" according to estate agents Beresford Adams. The listing states: "Tyddyn Phillip is located just over five minutes from the highly sought after seaside village of Benllech.
