A long-running Eryri bed and breakfast is looking for new owners. Bod Hyfryd in Betws y Coed is currently on the market for £480,000.

The substantial building at the heart of the village has eight letting rooms. There's also a rear cottage in need of refurbishment which the estate agents say "would be an ideal owners accommodation or self contained holiday let".

The traditional B&B also contains a dining room for guests and two living rooms with the bedrooms scattered across three floors. The three-star guesthouse currently holds a four-and-a-half star rating on both Google and Tripadvisor.
