Dream house on the beach is so unreal the pictures look computer generated

The sleek beachside home is on sale for £2.7million

A huge beachfront home at Widemouth Bay, near Bude, has come on the market for £2.7 million

A brand new beachfront home on the North Coast of Cornwall has gone up for sale at £2,700,000. The property, at the stunning location of Widemouth Bay near Bude, is so sleek it almost doesn't look real in the listing shots.

At 4,300 square foot the light-filled contemporary home was previously listed with CGI images showing what the build could look like when complete. Now, in a new advert complete with actual images - they don't look all that different.

Offering five bedrooms and a spacious first floor open-plan living and entertaining space, the home has enviable views across the bay and is literally just steps away from one of Cornwall's best beaches. The property is described as being in an "exceptional" location with the swanky additions of a cinema room, a gym and a hot tub and sauna, CornwallLive reports.

The listing reads: "This substantial new home has been carefully designed and positioned to maximise the property's stunning beachfront location. The property has been elegantly finished throughout offering light-filled accommodation featuring contemporary styling and bespoke, high quality fittings."

It goes on to talk of fancy glass balustrades with panoramic views across the coastline, an elevated terrace and a huge central island and breakfast bar in the kitchen for entertaining. Of the exterior, it states: "The entrance has mobile-operated intercom gates which open onto a block-paved courtyard with parking for several vehicles and access to the integrated double garage.

"The landscaped garden includes raised border flowerbeds and an area of timber decking, as well as paved pathways surrounding the house. There are terraces on the first floor and on the roof providing beautiful views and ideal spaces for outdoor dining and entertaining."
